I was impressed by the entire experience Canyon State Roofing! From Robyn, Jim, and Miquel this operation is top notch. I needed a total roof replacement and Jim was the only contractor out of 5 that gave me an honest assessment where I could replace half now given I had some life left on the other half. In the end, we chose Canyon for our total roof replacement as the price, reputation, and speed of scheduling all lined up. I am shocked 😮 that honest contractors still exist. Canyon State Roofing did an excellent job from beginning to end on our complete re-roof job. From sitting down with Jim, the owner, to go over the bid and choices, all the way to the crews showing up and doing the work, to final walk-through with Miguel after it was completed, was an EXCELLENT experience. I also had a very good experience with the ladies in the office, as I needed my invoice quickly to help with our home insurance being lowered. I highly recommend you use them. I'm so glad we did!! :)

Jim McLain and Canyon State Roofing did an excellent job on my tile roof replacement. I opted for the Vulca Seal G40 Fiberglass system with a 20-year double-layer warranty, and the results exceeded my expectations. Although his bid wasn’t the lowest, the superior craftsmanship and overall quality made it well worth the investment—I truly feel I received the best value for my money.

Robyn from the office also answered the phone promptly. Miguel who was in charge of the crew had great communication and sent photos along the way. The roofing crew worked extremely hard in abnormally high temperatures for this time of year. They actually started and completed the project a week prior to my scheduled date. Highly... read more

Jim and his team were very easy to work with! Getting new roof is big expense, and we felt Canyon Roofing was very respectful of this fact! We felt very confident that we were on good hands during the whole process, and would recommend Canyon State 100%
