Do yourself a favor and move on to another contractor. Getting a final answer to questions on a project over several weeks only led to a confrontation on the phone that proved the owner, Dane, to be short tempered and unprofessional, blaming me for the delays. Consider yourself warned, unless of course you are a family friend-who gave him a 5 star review.

Business response:

We worked months with the insurance to make sure this homeowner got everything they were entitled when there insurance tried to short change them. When we finaly got insurance to approve a proper scope the homeowner then wanted to change the scope to fit within the $$ amount insurance approved. Do not use this company. Getting them to actually start my tile job was difficult enough, I thought they were busy. Once they actually started, it took them a very long time to finish. We were asked by the homeowner if we could do those at a later date due to their first child being born. We did not hear back from them for months. When we did hear back we came out and assessed the situation with the homeowner and came up with a game plan to finish. Arizona was then hit with major rain and flooding and we were pulled in a different direction. Homeowner was notified and h... read more

Upon noticing water damage to the drywall next to our shower unit, we feared we would have to spend our tax return on a bathroom remodel or worse. I called Dane, a long time family friend, and spoke to him about the issue and he sent Ryan over to inspect the damage. Using this amazing infrared camera to be able to detect moisture behind the walls, we were able to see that the damage was in fact very minimal and the caulking within the shower and around the outside needed to be removed and re-caulked and the drywall scraped a... read more
