I went to Edgewood Smiles Dentistry on May the 6/7 to get dental work done. I was told that I didn't have coverage although my insurance was on their portal, I had to contact my insurance Provider and let them speak to someone at the front desk, my insurance provider email them my information showing them that my insurance was indeed active. Before I could get service I had give them my Institution information, I paid them $350.00 up front, I was never told what the money was for. I received a crown the following day. My car... read more

I’m writing this as a warning to others: avoid Dentists at Hyde Park Plaza in Cincinnati, especially Dr. ****** ******. I’m a dual Medicare/Medicaid patient. They removed all my teeth, then gave me dentures made from molds taken before the extractions. I couldn’t use them. They never fit. I returned many times in pain, with bone spurs, and they kept promising adjustments — but nothing ever worked. Meanwhile, my insurance paid them for services I never received. I lost 60 pounds, missed important family events, and had to tak... read more

I went to ******** to get an inlay and cleaning. I was told by the office manager that they were in my insurance network. This was a lie, but I didnt find out until after the appointment. My inlay fell out a week later. Banerjee told me that she didnt put enough cement in, but then said that I needed to pay for either another inlay procedure or a crown. I left and looked for another dentist that stands behind their work and wont lie to me about insurance coverage. Save yourself some money and trouble and go elsewhere.

Warning! Steer clear of Dentists of Paradise Valley & find an ethical Dentist that owns his or her own private practice! This a a corporate entity that is mostly concerned with making a profit and not with what is best for their patients and their pocket books. Dentists here are employees pushed by corporate to constantly upsell & perform optional services that are unnecessary, costly, and often not covered by insurance, deceiving patients into believing that they need work &/or additional services they often do not. Go ****... read more

Let me start out by saying I just saw a review this place only wants your money! How absolutely true. If I could give all of this practice a minus zero rating, that would be most accurate. To be succinct, I thought Id go there to have two root canals done by the multi practice Endodontist. Luckily I asked for an estimate before going to my appointment. Im 80 years old and have had several root canals. Never in my life have I seen pricing in their estimate, adding in charges for literally every move they would have made and s... read more

I had an appointment for my 6 month checkup/ cleaning. At my last appointment, they recommended that I get a deep cleaning which would cost $900 out of pocket. I said no and at the latest appointment, they asked me again if I wanted to schedule it. I told them no. While I was waiting in the lobby, the office manager came over with a printout of the costs for the deep cleaning and said he could reduce the price to $750. I said no again. I then had X-rays of my teeth and the dentist came in to do an exam. He examined my teeth ... read more

Terrible business. First they make me apply for a credit card thinking Im filling information in for their in house financing. Then submits multiple false claims to my insurance trying to get more money even though their submitting were false. After 6 months, I suddenly get an extra random notification saying I owe them $146 through their website even though everything that was processed and performed was charged on the credit card they mislead me to applying for.
