I have never had a negative dental experience until coming to Canon Springs Dental and would not recommend it to anybody unless you want subpar dental work and cutting corners at a higher-than-average cost. They also do not take responsibility for poor recommendations or work.A cavity was noted on my molar only. I have been in pain for two months. I went to this dentist, Canyon Springs Dental Group, Riverside and was told I needed to see a specialist/orthodontist. The specialist/orthodontist prescribed me medication and told me come back if the pain still exist. The pain continued so I went back as instructed. They have been giving me the runaround, and advising me to return only to tell me they cannot help me. I had the worst experience here, after 20 years not going to the dentist. I had to go get a second opinion with another dental office, and the outcome was the worse thing. I had ever needed to experience. And the bad thing, they don't even get back to me on my complaint.
I was a patient here with my family for many years. In 2016 I had impressions for a mouthguard done. I started my new job shortly after, and I missed 2 appointment for which I was charged a cancellation fee, which I paid. As I was now working 6 days a week, only off on Sundays. I didn't call again until January of 2018 and spoke to manager Melissa. I asked if I could pick it up, and she said since it has been 2 years they had thrown it away.
