RecommendedLove living here. Great place and great appartments that don’t really make you feel like you’re living in an appartment. Been living here a little over 18 months.
As a tenant here for almost a year, I can attest to the high quality of placement of these homes. Also the current management is quite personable and friendly, as well as maintaining the highest standards of living for me.
The best thing was leaving. This is the sort of place that paints over crayon marks on the walls and paints baseboards before cleaning them. Office staff has changed, but it's the sort of management company that ignores you and doesn't generally have professional employees. Beautiful quiet community- worth a visit to see the property!
We love our property it’s really quiet and clean. The front office and maintenance staff are great the are very nice and helpful. Have not had very many issues but when we did the maintenance team was really fast to respond. I would recommend our complex to anyone who asked I believe it’s the best in the Hewitt/Woodway area.
Great location/schools. Very immaculate landscaping. But the best thing about the community is the staff!
