The work seems adequate and I had no problems with the workers. My problem is that the workers replaced $1080.00 worth of wood WITHOUT telling me or letting me see the alleged bad wood. I was shocked when I got the bill for the extra $1080. They sent me pictures showing that they did in fact put new wood down BUT only 3 pictures showing any damage BEFORE the new wood was put down. OMG....there are two women that work at this company that literally are the most incompetent people I have ever met! Taylor booked an inspector from 8 am-3 pm on 1/23/23 with a courtesy call 1/2 hr prior. It was 2:30 pm when I inquired about the ETA of the workman. Taylor immediately transferred me to Erica. I explained I was waiting for 6.5 hours to which Erica said she would call Freddy, the workman, and call me back.
