I'm about to sign my third lease with Canyon Ridge and couldn't be happier to do so. The staff and maintenance team are fantastic. When I put in a maintenance request, it's dealt with on the same day. The staff are always ready to help in any way they can. They have a number of resident activities throughout each month which is helpful with 3 kiddos. If you're looking for a great apartment complex, look no further! :)
Canyon Ridge is a nice apt complex. The gym and sauna are probably our 2 favorite amenities. The apartment is spacious as well. We enjoy being in this area and the complex is close to the interstate which is convenient. The office staff is very nice and we love us some Cheri! She is so great to us.
I am currently resident in Canyon Ridge and it is one of the best Apartments that I stayed in USA , would always recommended to stay here .
We lived at Canyon Ridge for almost two years. The apartment was in great shape. The staff were always friendly, maintenance was also very prompt to fix any issues. We recommend the 3rd floor apartments since others complained about hearing their neighbors all the time. We never had this issue.
Some of the staff don't tell you full information on your rent payment and then make you pay 'penalties' for their own fault. Refuse to admit their mistakes! Unprofessional.
Wonderful staff, they always greeted me when I walked into the leasing office. Maintenance was always speedy, and the complex quiet. I had a very good experience living here, and I'll miss it!
