Great location and well-kept grounds. Management and maintenance personnel are friendly and quickly respond to any issues.
The management and maintenance teams are truly the reason why I love living here. Michelle M with the leasing team is so kind and always willing to help. She was incredibly helpful with my lease renewal process this year. The maintenance team is quick to respond, thorough, & always friendly when they see you around the community. Thankful to call Canyon Ridge home!
I have been a resident of CanyonRidge for over 15. Over these years, I have come to know Christian as one of the best, if not the best Maintenance Professional I have had numerous chances to see in action. He is very prompt to respond to service calls. Very diligent at his work and makes sure it's done satisfactorily. Always very cheerful and full of smiles, sometimes wondering if the guy ever gets angry. CanyonRidge is very lucky to have someone like Chris in their staff.

Christian and Julio are awesome handyman and helped me with my Dishwasher with the quickness! Glad they were so responsive and friendly. They explained the work order process, but also took photos and details and took care of things, with no stress!
