We lived here for a year, never had problems. Maintenance was very prompt in fixing our requests, neighbors were respectful, and never had any parking problems. We just moved out in the beginning of this month and they are charging us over $900 for cleaning fees for things that were documented "dirty" when we moved in. I've tried contacting the office for a week and nobody will explain the pricing to me over the phone.
