Very difficult to schedule an appointment. Front desk person, Abby, does not have good customer service skills and is not helpful in understanding what the needs are. Ended up taking my cats to a different clinic.
I Love Canyon Pet Hospital. Dr. Baucum and Dr. Boothe are Wonderful doctors. Dr. Baucum and Dr. Boothe give the most kindness and Compassionate care, I know my Furbabies are in good hands. The amazing staff has always taken amazing care of all of our cats. If it’s the best methods to keep Abbie’s hair under control, lifelong checks for Ragnar & Rollo, or even emergency visits for Monkey eating bugs he should not.. they handle it all. And care for each of ours like their own.
