Refused to refund glasses which caused dizziness and severe nausea. We clearly told the clinic that we did NOT want anti-glare or any special coatings, which they ignored. When I went in to request a refund, they admitted that the bifocals were in the wrong spot, but still refused to issue a refund, and also refused to give me a copy of the paperwork for the order.
