Canyon Park Apartments has been a great place to live. The community is quiet, well maintained, and in a great location. My roommates and I attend UCSD, and having campus so close to the community is a huge plus for us. We are also within walking distance to Trolley stations, UTC mall, La Jolla Cove is a bit further down but still reasonably distance. Amazing team! The office is always communicative and helpful, Adriana, Aunika and Tina, thank you for your assistance and caring for your tenants. Maintenance staff is efficient and professional. It has been a great experience living here at Canyon Park!
The WORST apt complex to live. They lose your documents over and over again. The office does not communicate with each other and relays different messages to people.
