Don't use this management company. You will definitely regret ever hiring these people.They discriminate, they are unfamilar with HOA laws, so they make up their own rules. They do not work for your best interest and only work for their best interest. There's no transparency in their work it's hard to get answers on anything if I come in contact with this company they are rude, untruthful and unprofessional. They have a fake call center answering your calls and then avoid speaking with their customers. They are not responsive know do they care about anything except taking your money. If possible I would have given this company zero stars! And one of the “five star” reviews (Cynthia Yonning) is from and EMPLOYEE!!! That is unethical!!!
Canyon Pacific is a extremely unprofessional management team. Stay away, they will cost you and your complex, dearly. They paid roofing contractors upfront, and many of the roof's are leaking only months later, when it rained. Now there are multiple law suits. They also had their landscapers, hack away at beautiful mature tree's and shrubs, leaving many sawed off stubs all over the complex. Some sections, are hacked to nothing. No place better to work for. Company very professional and the best customer service.
We use canyon pacific management for our call box which is broken about 1x per week (not exaggerating). For example, nobody in our building received any of their Christmas presents for their families because carriers can not enter our building. You can email them but they do not respond, you can leave a voicemail but they do not call back. Only fires and floods are deemed as an emergency to them.
