The management supervisor Hugo here has been incredibly helpful and kind, which made my move-in experience wonderful.
Hugo is always friendly and is always helpful whenever i need help with anything in my apartment!
Hugo is a nice guy and did great job helping us out by replacing our appliances when needed!

Never lived at this property but I have lived at another essex "managed" property. Stay away!!! Essex does not have onsite leasing or management. It's all remote, so it's a pain to communicate with them. They hardly ever answer calls or respond to emails. They list units that might not actually be available and try to keep your money if you don't accept one of the other units that they have available. They try to fill their own pockets so they hire the worst vendors to do repairs which in the long run they're probably wastin... read more
