Car got broken into car parking pass is gone and they want me to pay $200 for a new one that only cost less then $10 to make and you can’t park your own car infront of your garage or it will get toll and I pay extra for the garage this place

Since moving in, my experience here has been very disappointing. When I first got the keys, the unit was in poor condition, it looked like someone had just moved out. The only thing that appeared clean was the carpet, thankfully. The bedroom bathroom mirror was broken when I moved in, and the washer area was rusted and dirty. Most of the cabinets are chipped, some even have paint marks from a rushed paint job, and the bathroom counter is also damaged. Very quick, knowledgeable and kind. They are mindful of our space and take precautions to protect the carpet and flooring. They also email us when they are arriving and leaving and tell us the outcome of their repairs
