Lived here for over 2 years and had to move because of work. It was our first apartment, and had extraordinary value! Comfortable and well-sized units. It was easy to stay cool in the summer and warm in the winter with good ventilation and well-placed windows. No AC, though. Easy access to the 58 bus line. The neighbors are nice and keep to themselves. The manager, Wolfgang, lives on-site. We couldn't ask for a better one.
