My husband and I rented from this company for almost FOUR YEARS! We were month to month and gave almost a 45 day notice prior to moving out. I’ve provided pictures to them of the home once we moved out. Absolutely nothing wrong with the home other than normal wear and tear from again, FOUR YEARS of living there! Now they’ve sent us an invoice of where they’re keeping our deposit plus we owe them $375! I’ve called and emailed asking for proof of their findings with no response from them at all! We had to constantly call and hound them when things did go wrong in the home while leasing from them. I thank God every day that we got away from this slumlord! Rude, unprofessional and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone unless you want robbed. We even moved in on Jan 15th and still had to pay the first full months rent and Feb rent on Feb 1st. We should’ve know then that they were crooks! We had a garage door break on a Fri and couldn’t get help so we paid for it out of our pocket and had to fight to get reimbursed after we’d left numerous messages that were never returned. They accused us of stealing a fridge that was never provided (MLS pics don’t show a fridge). Pictures provided are pics I took once we were moved out.
