They have no flexibility. My rent is due on the first of the month and I moved out on the second and they made me pay the entire month! They have a lot of small charges that they don’t disclose at the first such as a lock fee of 30 dollars and administration fees and insurance. I will never rent with them again. You have to use their lock or give them combination to your lock. Doesn’t sound secure to me
