Terrible experience at Canyon Jewelers. Brought in my Raymond Weil for a new battery. The owner replaced the battery but had a difficult time getting the back of the watch on again. He used a hand held pressed of some type and bent the back. Because he be t the back, the watch is no longer water resistant and will cost me $200.00 to have the damage he did repaired by another jeweler. He was rude and had an attitude to boot. Visited this place for the first time during the holidays. It is in the shopping center near my house. Glad I found it. This jeweler was friendly helpful and honest (and has good quality jewelry). Sure beats getting your jewelry from one of those stores at the mall. I will go back here when I need to buy jewelry. Very nice place.
This is the BEST jewelry store EVER! These people make you feel like family and no pressure to buy. Stop in to talk and look. Ronan and Pilar are the owners. They don't have all sorts of staff trying to make a commission. It is just them. They are such honest and kind people I would never buy from anyone else. FIVE STARS is an understatement. I will never visit any other jewlery store!!!! Truly wonderful, good hearted, caring people. They truly do treat you like you are family and care sincerely about the customer's best interests.
I highly recomend this jewlery store.They have helped me several times to purchase the most beautiful pieces of jewlery. They repaired a bracelet for me and he changed the setting for my diamond earings. Both pieces came out beautiful!! My husband has been to the store for my birthday and our anniversary. We love Canyon Jewlers!!

Ronen & Pilar Are wonderful people they have such an awesome selection and were very helpful in helping me pick out an engagement ring for my fiance. I told them what she wanted and they helped me get the perfect ring. Dont go to a chain here the prices were better and the service was excellent
