To canyon home care. I wanted to let you know my experience with shannon newman my p.t. shannon has been seeing me for close to a year after getting home from rehab. She taught me to gain the strength in my legs to walk again. She was very encouraging and patient. She has a way about her that makes you want to work harder. I was finally home in early 2023 after a few weeks in the hospital and another six in rehab. I was a wreck, in a wheelchair without the strength to stand without help. My life changed dramatically when I met Shannon and Nicoy. Shannon gently encouraged me to walk 5 or 6 steps with my walker she quietly inspired me to keep trying, and today I'm capable of walking a mile with my little dog, Billy, and no adaptive equipment. Horrible experience is an understatemnt. Unprofessional and bizarre behavior from staff with zero accountability from their director who was evasive, vague and unpleasant.
