Awful service During a time share presentation we were given a free meal at the Canyon Grille. The first time we tried to go we were in a hurry and we waited over 20 minutes before our order was taken. We finally gave up and left. We went back another time and the service was better but the food was so so at best.
Canyon Grille This place is so amazing! You do not have to be a member at the Welk Resort in order to eat here. I was worried that it was not going to be a place to take the kids, but it was kid friendly. We loved it so much we took my parents for my Mom's birthday. The food is so delicious and not too expensive. Every waiter we have had has always been great and really on top of everything.
Great This is a great grille, went here before a play and we really enjoyed the meal. not only is the staff very friendly, but the guests who come here tend to be very friendly as well.
My husband ordered a French Dip. When the food was brought, one look at the French Dip was comical. Only two slices of meet on each bun. This is a $16.00 sandwich. We showed it to the server and he apologized and said he would check with the chef. By the time he came back the food was cold so we sent it back for a cheeseburger. This was very disappointing and unacceptable.

at first seen the reviews n rated as 3.8 I thought was going to b something not that appearing n clean..bit did not have choices..since every thing is far n driving distance..but when got there..was impressed..n the food n service great..I give it 4.5 out 5...delicious well prepared meal

Lunch was great. But they didn’t have the Ben and Jerry’s ice cream that is advertised on the dessert menu.
