I use to only purchase my hair extensions from canyon falls and after this last experience I will not be returning. Myself as well as a couple of friends purchased bohem hair from 2 different canyon falls locations and wound up with such severe knotting in the hair that our hair stylist had to remove the hair and untangle as they removed it.
