I bought hair at the eastern and serene location 2 weeks ago, and it is already matting up and looking terrible. I also bought beads from them and couldn't use a single one because they all broke when trying to attach them to the weft. I am a hairdresser and will never again send clients to get hair from canyon falls.

I have to say when I was looking for a new salon "home" I wanted to work in a place that was professional & could offer my existing clientele an upgrade. The Hair Shop's 808 & 909 hair extensions are carried in stock and it's really nice to be able to show the exact hair during a consult that will be used during an install . Such a nice bonus & my ladies appreciate that. My coworkers are knowledgable and friendly & make it an enjoyable place to work! I LOVE my job!
