Had Brooke Gosnell do my hair and she's amazing. All the staff were very friendly too
Terrible experience at this location. I had a stylist who was rude and unprofessional. One, she made me mix the colors of the hair dye for her to dye my hair because she didn't know how to get it to the color I wanted. Two, she cut my hair too short and then proceeded to tell me "oh it will grow back". Three, the back of my neck was covered in hair dye as she did not cover it. And four, she over charged me given the fact she gave awful services. I do not recommend going to Victoria. Do yourself a favor and save your money an... read more
