I was here for dental work when I was working in Houston. Customer service and personal attention here are tops! They have TV SCREENS IN THE CEILING you wan watch while you get work done!! That made my visits a LOT more enjoyable... Not sure if that's common in TX but I have never seen it in OH. The entire Office Staff is really friendly too. The place has a 'small business' feel vs the 'Corporate Chain' Dentistry one might be used to at other places... The Flexible schedules, patient dentists, affordable, and easy to find. ... read more
Wow, I love this place. After spending years lost in the 'chain' dental practice environment I had no idea what I was missing. (nor any idea what 'they' were missing) Dr. Dinh and the entire staff are genuinely interested in making your visit as painless and pleasant as possible. Highly recommend Canyon Falls to my family and friends.
I generally distain dentist offices to my very core, but there is really nothing that I could come up with to complain about here. Such wonderful service. From the front desk to all the nurses, to Doctor Dinh. Stop looking and give them a try :)
