I haven't lived here, but I want to warn people that the reason it seems more affordable is because they surprise you with $250+ of extra fees when you go in to inquire. I had a really unpleasant experience this morning with the man working in the office. He was pretty snippy from the get go and I could tell he wasn't happy to be there so I was trying to be really kind.
