There are some issues here. There is always the smell of marijuana in my apartment coming from somewhere. The loud music, and yelling. Tenants always leave the laundry rooms in disarray , they leave empty laundry detergent on the counters. Tenants throw trash next to the dumpster instead of in it. The parking is a joke, the parking spots fill up with people that don't live here. The management here is about as useful as the Democrat party. Beautiful grounds and very helpful staff.
Celeste was knowledgeable and professional. I didn't get approved for the apartment but the process was super easy and they refunded the admin fee in a matter of days. I really wish I could've rented here but it was a great experience nonetheless. Highly recommend
