IDAHO REGISTERS VEHICLE OWNERS WITH NO LICENSE OR INSURANCE: As a property owner and legal tax payer. Why are people who have NEVER had a drivers license allowed to register their newly purchased vehicle without a valid license and ZERO insurance???? This is absolutely egregious and wrong on many levels. If they (non-insured) cause an accident, it is our insurance and pocket book that pays for the damage to our property from their negligence.

Our Sheriff is passing the "blame buck" so to speak with the local DMV office. He runs the DMV office and rather than implementing the backup / emergency plan that ITD put in place he shuts the office down and does not serve those who elected him.. way to take responsibility!

A group of guys were BLASTING loud bass heavy music from their cars at Mallard park. I called dispatch who told me they had several complaints. A deputy arrived, circled the lot while they were still blasting "music ", then left. He did nothing. It's against the law to create loud noise in a Canyon County park. It's against the law to disturb the peace. Thanks for looking out for the tax payers peaceably enjoying the park...
