The service man was very nice, got to the source of the problem quickly, and gave advice on how to resolve the problem on our own.

Called these folks cold and from the outset it was a professional courteous experience ! I had three different issues that needed addressed and after a thorough question and answer conversation the owner practically diagnosed the problems over the phone. They were prompt, fair, and did an excellent job! Really impressed with the service they provided, and would HIGHLY recommend them to any RV'er!
Before my husband died, he met Bud the owner of Canyon Country and he told me that he was a nice guy who knew a lot about cars. About 6 months after his death, I was cleaning out a drawer and came across Bud's business card. I called to set up an appointment to have my car gone over to find out if it was road worthy. My appointment was set for my convenience (I live far from the city) and the service was informative (I know nothing about cars). Give Bud a chance to work through any issues you might have. Though we didn't get off to a good start, I found Bud to be fair and accomodating when the issues were finally addressed. I am happy with the finished product.
