A Win-Win Situation – I travel a lot for work and I had neglected my car to the point where I needed to have the whole engine replaced. (It had a major oil leak which I ignored for quite some time) Needless to say I took my car to the dealer and they wanted to charge me way more than my car was even worth! SHOP MADE GOOD – In response to my review, the shop called and offered a substantial refund on my repair. It's now in line with my quote from the CA repair shop where my work was done regularly. Thank you for your attentiveness.

Very satisfied! – I searched the internet trying to find a good place to bring my Honda in for a maintenance service. I was not comfortable bringing it to the place where I get my oil changed (it's not Jiffy Lube but another shop) so after reading reviews (and the negative ones which seemed a little too odd - maybe competition?) Expensive and no concept of customer service – Finding a quality mechanic is never easy and seldom enjoyable. For those of you on a quest for a new mechanic, this is a shop you should avoid. I took my old truck in for an issue I created. I broke a bolt off in the engine block putting on the fuel pump and didn't have the tools nor the patients to fix it myself. Totally trust them with my car – I took my 99' VW New Beetle in to Canyon because of the reviews that I read on City Search, and I was not dissapointed. I didn't catch the guys name at the front that I dealt with the whole time, but he was so friendly and listened in detail to what the issue was I was having with my car. After they diagnosed my car, he detailed all of the issues, and went over all of the costs. He also broke down, in order, of what was most important to get fixed. Outstanding service and reasonable pricing – I needed to have someone get under the car to reattach a protective shield beneath the pasenger side's front suspension support. Just a few bolts and clips, but the job was immediately performed despite a full garage. No waiting necessary. Replaced an engine mount found in need of attention. They drove to the car dealership for the part and were through with everything in less than an hour...with no advanced notice at all. The BEST customer service I've ever received in 60 years!

NICE GUYS FINISH LAST! – I wrecked my Acura TL while sliding down a hill in the unpredictable snow storm last december. I had mechanical and body damage done to my car. I choose Canyon Auto Repair because of it's glowing reviews...and when I spoke with Lee the owner, he assured me he would give me a "brand new car back". Lucked out finding this one – I found these guys a year ago when my car busted some hoses. I called them almost a year later when I wanted my alternator replaced, and their quote was less than it would have cost me to buy and install the part myself. They've stuck to their quotes both times; and to top it off they actually remembered me from my first visit. I've definitely found my auto shop.

Great shop in hiding! – My Volvo was having a problem with the wipers and I had been told by other shops it was a wiring harness problem that Volvos were famous for and would cost more than the car was worth. I go t the feeling they just did not want to work on my car (maybe they did not know how?) Lee assured me he could fix the car. When I arrived the first thing I saw was another car like mine in the shop and that made me feel better. In less than a day and for only $90 my wipers were working. Made a believer out of me.
