Absolutely do not open any sort of account with this company. I opened a car loan thinking I was being smart to avoid BMW fees - I was not. I pay $350 a month for full-coverage insurance and Canvas is just trying to get a couple extra hundred out of me claiming i don't have insurance. I sent it to them over 5 times, I've called them (only to hear that my insurance was perfectly fine), and yet I have been charged over $1,000 in fees and statements in the mail claiming otherwise. Fantastic in person service! Parking is a bit weird as it is behind the building shared with the school. Clay helped me open accounts and was the epitome of what you want in customer service, authentically kind and knowledgeable. I would rather spend more time driving to this location than visit others.

I spoke with a representative from Canvas Credit Union who assured me that I would have until the 16th of the month to make my payment without incurring any late fees.
