My wife and I have lived here going on 4 years and we just love it. I am especially pleased with Chris from maintenance, he is always polite and very knowledgeable and makes sure that no matter what the issue is he explains everything and makes sure that I understand what needs to be done.
I recently toured several apartments at the Beverly Collection with Grace, and I truly appreciated her professionalism and knowledge. She showed me multiple buildings, including The Block at Odell Park, Canvas, and Flats 131. Grace was friendly, patient, and extremely responsive to my emails and calls. I highly recommend touring with Grace and the team at the Beverly Collection.
