I recently toured a few apartments at the Beverly Collection with Grace K. and had an excellent experience! Grace was friendly, professional, patient, and knowledgeable. She is also extremely responsive to my emails and questions. I highly recommend touring with Grace, Haley, and team!

We moved into Canvas apartments in mid-march, right around the time that Greystar took over management. Dealing with the leasing office has been a major headache, but we exercised as much patience as we could during our move, understanding that they were also undergoing transition. It has now been over 2 months since we moved in, and the company has not provided us with a signed copy of our lease. We were forced to sign a paper copy of the lease on our move-in day because they could not do it electronically for some reason. ... read more
