Robert's integrity in his personal life is transfered over to all aspects of its life -- including his business. He is the only person I will trust with my family's heirloom antique ring that was my grandmother's when she was a kid. He has repaired it twice. The last time I literally came from Houma, Louisiana to Beaumont, Tx on one Saturday just to get it repaired. He is THAT trustworthy.
