NOT IMPRESSED OR PLEASED I dealt with these people and they both are RUDE and SHORT. Hickson isn't as personable as stated as in a review given. I regret going to them, they don't keep you apprise of what's going on on your case or nothing. Unless you call and ask you don't know anything. They really don't over the steps or nothing of what's going to happen or follow up with you. I had my appointment I felt I was being run through so they could go to do other things than deal with you.Not Pleased.
