Ms. I think that this office is very professionally run. The people that answer the phone are helpful and friendly. I was able to get right in to see Ms. Hickson. Easy to talk to I was referred to Cantu and Hickson and it was a blessing that i had met up with them. I found the entire staff to be informative and let me know my options up front. If I had any questions they would always respond quickly. I filed a BK and found everyone to be very knowledgeable and helpful and easy to talk to. They knew what I was going through and responded accordingly.

Not Impressed Hickson's staff lost the original credit cert that I emailed to her office. I had my copy somewhere but had moved and did not have time to look for it so insisted they find the original.I ended up with my chapter 7 closed over the missing doc .Hickson demanded another $500.00 to reopen it. I refused and told them to" fix the issue or else." They eventually found what they needed and reopened the case with no further action from me. My advice, read everything the court sends you.
