This woman basically stole my money an didn’t show up in court for my daughter after paying her upfront in cash.. She stated my daughter still owed her $40 but Ruth’s office never contacted me for the $40.. But instead doesn’t show to court an keeps the cash I gave her to take case.. After contacting office several times.. I still have yet to hear from anyone an I’ve been on this for a lil over a year... She is a Thief stay away!!!
