This property management company SUCKSSSS. They currently manage Summer Stone Condominiums as the HOA on Sapphire Loop where I live. I'm fine with living in a place with an HOA, but I didn't realize I would be subjecting myself to Nazi-level strictness and arbitrary rules. The point of an HOA company is to establish general rules that keep the property value of the neighborhood, while balancing out a respectable quality of life for its residents. Let me tell you....
