Cantrell Funeral Home overall did descent business in its community but the staff particularly Reverend Allan Jones ( a man after God's own heart) yes heartless and very unprofessional. My family had always handled funerals with Cantrell but after my grandfather's death I'd never do business there. He passed in November of 2004 and had insurance.
