We love shopping here. Had my daughter's bridal shower here and knew the food would be amazing. The staff and service were equally amazing. Top shelf!
Love this market and bakery! Ordered a custom cake from Cantoro's that was not only delicious and amazing but priced fairly too! I've also purchased their chicken parm (to be baked later), produce, and ready made cakes and desserts that have made everyone full and content.
First visit yesterday at Livonia location. Purchased from the prepared food section. Requested meat stuffed grape leaves, clerk had some confusion as which one was meat or plain rice. She said the signs were switched but when reheated to eat, I was given the plain rice grape leaves. Also purchased at the bakery counter. When the clerk was handing me my order, the plastic container slipped and dropped. The clerk gave an frown and rolled his eyes at me. We shop at Cantoro throughout the year and absolutely adore the products and service offered! What's more, my daughter is a Girl Scout. Each year, Sue and Van do an amazing job coordinating our effort and making sure we are comfortable and that she can offer her cookies in a wonderful and welcoming spot! She looks forward to her Cantoro time each year! Thank you for all you do in all ways to service our community!
As a weekly customer of the Livonia location I'd like to suggest the older woman who works the register receive customer service training. While checking out yesterday I mentioned an item was on sale. She promptly corrected me stating "not at this store it isn't!" I walked her over to the sale sign at the front of the store. The pricing for the smaller bottle was more expensive that the larger bottle. When I mentioned it did not make sense she snapped at me stating "I don't own the store".
