After a referral from my spinal doctor for pain management they referred this guy. After setting up my first appy(had to wait a week for that to happen) I was informed that the doctor cannot manage his own schedule (I spoke to 2 staff who also confirmed this) as he has HOURS of wait time and never knows how long it will take. Steiner Medical should take note of these reviews and address this. I cannot be expected to sit for that long just to wait and drive home as my spine would flare up and involve the ER. If you like NEVER getting through to a live person no matter what button you press and leaving a message only to NEVER get a return phone call and waiting for TWO HOURS PAST YOUR APPOINTMENT TIME EVERY APPOINTMENT...then this is the doctor for you! VERY untrained staff and they are RUDE!!!
Don't know how doctor is. Waited 1.5 hours and still not seen. Staff said wait would be at least another hour. When I asked to reschedule we were told doctor is always at least two hours behind and arrives in morning late for his first patient. That is a long wait when you are in pain. I will not be rescheduling.
Dr Cantor is by far the most compassionate and best physician I’ve dealt with. He cares about the patient. He asks you questions and listens to you. You may wait to see him but that’s because he gives every patient the time and attention they deserve and they’re not rushed out of the office. He manages my pain medication by talking to me not treating me like a number like they do at Penn. The bee venom injections have helped my low back and cleared my plantar fasciitis in a day. I am a chronic pain patient. I read review on Dr. Cantor and take pain management reviews with a grain of salt because a lot of experiences are individual. This is the best pain doctor I have been to by far. Dr. Cantor is easy to talk to, empathetic to what you’re going through, it’s obvious he is genuinely concerned and makes recommendations based on your well being. You want good care then you may have to wait a bit Dr Cantor is old-school it a great doc.He spends the time his patience need no mote.I wouldn't switch for a ything.Very hard to find a doctor that doesn't rush.Id wait all dat to see him he cares,Very rare.
Used to be much better. Been going there for years until regular wait time wasn’t two hours with no concern for people’s time and issues were not being addressed to health issues increased and caused new issues Just seems ton take notes now rather than help
Wonderful doctor. We are Family of five. He’s our doctor for 20 years. During that time he was/is excellent when we need his help. Always accurate with diagnoses and always takes his time To evaluate his patients. Highly recommend Dr. Cantor to anyone who is looking for a Doctor Who truly cares about you and your health. KR
used to be good but seems only takes notes now rather than act on issues. Usually can't get in to see him and have to see nurse pract but when I do see him I am there for 2 hours yet only seeing him quickly. Even when first appointment of the day. There is no concern from him about his patients waiting - Even the office staff as commented on this. I have had multiple serious issues develop due to lack of treatment of things I discussed with this office and had to go elsewhere
