They never answer their phone man. Two of the times I’ve been in they said they didn’t know when any doctors were showing up. Both for pediatric appointments. So I waited for an extra hour then ended up rescheduling. Lady at the front desk is really nice tho. Oh and there’s a lady that always checks my kids weight and whatnot, she’s really cool.

Do not take your child here. They do not know how to deal or treat children. You need to make an appoinment for everything. I thought I was taking my child in to have his teeth cleaned and he was experiencing pain to have it looked at. I told told them my son is Autistic and they act like I said a foreign word. Really.They have no bed side manner so no teeth cleaning. Wouldn't even look in his mouth to see where the pain was coming from because I needed to make another appointment. Our previously foster, now adopted kids have had their dental appointments canceled 5 times in the past year. They were scheduled again for yesterday, then that was moved to 8:30 today then moved again to 1:45 today. The dental receptionist is extremely rude and even had my husband wait on one visit until she finished the game she was playing on her phone.
