Kadric Martinez was absolutely fantastic in helping us secure our dream home. Moving from Europe to the USA came with many questions, and he patiently answered every single one — even the seemingly silly ones — from explaining central air and water purification systems to common issues with homes of different ages. He was knowledgeable, approachable, and genuinely supportive throughout the entire process. We would 100% recommend Kadric and have already done so to friends who are currently house hunting.
