Exceptional care and service.
I was treated in such a professional, human, friendly manner that I honestly hardly felt any "dentist's office dread" during my deep cleaning. I was treated like more than just a patient. I was soothed, constantly checked on, and talked to and given helpful advice to keep my teeth and gums healthy.
Dr Shoukfeh and his staff are very pleasant, and treat me with respect and acknowledge adults with anxiety. I had a new assistant do my cleaning and he was very upbeat and positive. I would recommend using their office.
Polite, Professional, and organized. Great atmosphere, they don’t mind explaining the procedures to put your mind at ease.
I appreciated being spoken to respectfully but tacitly as well about the state of my dental health. I have a terrible gag reflex and yet she was quite patient and supportive.
Amazing Staff!!! Dr S is the best. He numbed me in 10 minutes. He prepped my tooth for a temporary grown in 20 minutes. He applied the temporary and I was standing outside after a total of 40 minutes. 2 hours later I was sitting at my desk. The numbness wore off and I had no pain (or need for pain medication). An hour after that it was lunch time and it was if nothing had happened at all. Would recommend Dr. Shoukfeh without hesitation
I promise that the staff here are some of the most caring and understanding people around. They do their absolute best to help everyone. Even those of us without insurance, like myself. A special shout out to Carol! You are a gem! Dr. S and Mike have a great chairside manner. I was very comfortable and felt taken care of.
