For years I wanted to try a chiropractor but always had reservations for one reason or another. Canton Dale was recommended to me by a number of folks in the Crossfit community. The consultation was very informative, plan of action outlined and cost, duration discussed up front. Right now about 1/2 through my plan of correction and already feel good results and confident my decision to do this was right.
