For 15 years we have used Canton Center Animal Hospital. Our dog's rash that began Thursday turned nasty looking Saturday. We brought our dog to the vet at 1:20pm and were told to go somewhere else because we did not have an appointment and they would need to stay later than 2:00pm. I appreciate that every one wants to leave their job on-time, but I believe an employee could have looked at the rash before sending us away. My degu had a dental abcess and was treated by Dr. G. Dr. G was very kind with my little man and even showed me the abcess that made him sick. Al was content as Dr. G handled him. Aside from stressful car-ride, he did very well and is munching on his degu feed as I write this! Thanks guys for getting my exotic pet patched up :D 5/5 stars.
Dr. Graznowski and staff are very caring and compassionate about reptiles. I have brought in my Hermanns tortoise Domeki for a beak shaving and over all check up. It was so nice to see how gentle and thorough Dr. Graznowski was with him. It was a great thing to see him interact with Domeki almost playing kept having him crawl toward his face. The Staff is courteous professional and so friendly. They even helped to carry out my pet and food to my car since I was hurt. I cannot thank you enough.
