I have been trying for days to get through by phone. I just need a copy of my dogs shot record before we see a new groomer. Surly the phones aren't still out from 3 weeks ago. I have always had wonderful experiences with the staff and the way they treat my dogs, but it is really ridiculous that it takes so long to get an appointment or it's impossible to even talk with someone. Clearly you have taken on too many patients and are not providing to the needs of your current clients. Really disappointed.
I have been calling for 3 days with no answer! Only to get in my car to drive there to see a sign in the Window that you are closed until December 7th? Why wouldn’t you set up your answering machine to notify everyone when they called? 3 cars also had to drive up there to find out! I have 2 dogs and we are finding another place to go! This was the last straw!
It’s very frustrating to have your Vet tell you he can’t see your pet for three weeks plus. Will be leaving this establishment after 8 years. Hoping that maybe that will allow for a lower number of clients so they can treat pets sooner.
I am so dissapointed in this hospital and their unwillingness to TRY to help me and my cat Cole. Cole is using an experimental drug (studied in California by Dr Pedersen) for FIP treatment. He needs to have his blood monitored every 4-6 weeks to see how he is progressing and they outright refused to work with me! Just because the meds are not FDA approved and prescribed by a vet. The meds are in trials for use and are effecting an 80% cure rate in a cat disease that used to be a death sentence! Shame on you for not being wil... read more

We just picked our little guy up from his surgery and he did great... he will just need a little extra attention for the next few weeks. Dr. Grzanowski has been my chinchilla vet for many years. He treated many rescues that I had in my care as well as my own. He has always been thorough, compassionate and gentle with every one of the animals I have taken to him for medical care. One of the things that I love about Dr. G. is that he's willing to think outside the box, research more and work with you to provide the very best of care.
