Jake and Grant were awesome!!!! Took wonderful care of me and my needs, I will be back!!!
The brews were very good, especially the Carpe Noctem. Grant was awesome! His recommendations were spot on and he was very attentive even though he was busy. I had a great time and can't wait to come back!
The CBC is a fantastic venue with excellent beer and great food, right in the heart of downtown Canton.
The beer was good,the food is seriously lacking. The pizza was raw,we we're charged for appetizers we never had. They really need to expand to a better menu,and get chefs who can cook. I will never go there again to eat Drink yes,eat,no way We have tried eating there on 2 separate occasions on non-busy nights. It was horrid both times It's a shame, it could be a great place to go if they would actually hire people who could actually cook.
By far my favorite place to eat in Stark county! The food has a unique and fresh taste. The atmosphere is wonderful and it's centrally located in the heart of downtown. Must try is the taco salad and French dip.
Being a chef I am somewhat sympathetic to getting "slammed" for dinner and having it be a non stop parade. That being said. We ordered two appetizers. One came out in about 8 minutes, the Mac and cheese wedges. We then waited around 20 minutes for our potato skins. Which were to say the least unimpressive. The food was great but the restaurant is problematic. After discovering there is no changing table in either the men's OR women's restrooms to change my son's diaper, when we asked management about it, the woman we spoke to was incredibly unsympathetic. She simply did not care that my son was sitting in a gross diaper, fussing, crying, and disturbing other patrons. Our waitress was so kind and apologetic.
