Very nice place. Staff real friendly. Basement lounge real neat. Craft beer real intense flavors. Had the flight of 4. All found to be good. If you get a chance to go, GO.
I've been to CBC twice now, both times the food has been great. The brisket is fantastic. The service has been wonderful as well; very attentive and informative. The beer is not bad. Tuscora and Red Spear are solid. The holiday beer and mosaic have a strong perfume taste. The speakeasy is a great room. 4.5 Stars

Scotch eggs were amazing here. Homemade fries were great as well. As far as the beers go, I went with the porter and the Christmas brew. The porter was lighter bodied than I expected and was very smooth. The Christmas ale was better than most due to the fact that it was not over powered with flavors like nutmeg and such. Overall great place with great food and drink.

FIRST FRIDAY REVIEW: We sat downstairs and LOVED the atmosphere! Food was phenomenal...got a pizza and pretzel sticks. Our friends ordered food from upstairs and brought it down. Roasted veggie tacos and sweet potato sliders. Everything was fantastic. Beer was great, bathrooms were clean. Grant was fantastic behind the bar and helped me select the perfect beer! Great place, can't wait to go back!
Beer great food amazing! I recommend the scotch eggs and shaved Brussels Sprouts!
