Long wait, but worth it! Crabs were perfectly cooked. Chowder was amazing! The kids even enjoyed the pizza! Definitely try it out.
Do not get the so-called jumbo lump crab cake. Nothing but tasteless shreds of crab meat.
Going to eat at Cantlers by myself is totally my guilty pleasure! I love enjoying the outdoor seating on the water with peace and quiet... Chowing down like Miss Piggy on a dozen of steamed crabs all to myself! I usually have a waitress named Karen and she is absolutely wonderful...she checks on me regularly and keeps that iced tea a coming!
Super jumbo crabs were fabulous as was service! Be back today for more...
Wonderful atmosphere on the water. The crabs were plentiful and sweet! Didn't have to wait at all to be seated (it was just me). Sat close enough outside to meet, talk and share hot sauce with a couple from Gaithersburg . Next time I'll try their Cantler's Caprese with crab salad.
We waited about 40 minutes and they gave us the worst table on the house-right by the patio door under the air conditioner. Since we drove so far to get there we decided to sit on one side of the table since the other chair was in the middle of the walk way. The food was okay. Being from the beach I have had better. There are tons of crab houses in the area so we will eat at those.
Super place, food and people! Being from Florida, it's hard to impress me when it comes to seafood, but this is great. The complementary half and half soup is delicious also!
Went there a couple of year's ago and they still around and have the best crabs ever I will be going back soon
My friends took me there when I was on vacation in the US summer 2016...good food on an amazing setting ....
