After deciding to escape LA during the pandemic, I moved to Canterra and lived there four years. I'm a writer and film editor and the peaceful setting and mountain sunset views really helped me do some of the best work of my life. No place is perfect, a noisy neighbor here and there, the desert water pressure and energy costs in the summer can't really be helped, but the staff solved any problem that happened to come up and were always accommodating. We love this place. Simple as that. The maintinance people like Carlos and all the workers are always keeping up having all the appliances in our apartment running well.
Fantastic community and staff! Joy, Anthony, and Alise have always been incredibly helpful in the office. I don’t have to submit service requests often but when I do the service team is so very helpful. Carlos is efficient, professional, and kind. Jose is wonderful - truly impressed with this community and the people.
