The whole team here in Canterra is wonderful. Alyssa from the office is very helpful with everything we needed when we first moved in. Shoutout also to Carlos from the maintenance team. He was very pleasant and fixed our kitchen sink so easily. We have lived here for couple of months now and it is such a great place to call home. We are surrounded with so much lemon trees, grapefruit and even oranges.
Beware—this place is a scam. DO NOT MOVE HERE. All the positive reviews are because of Carlos who helps with maintenance and is fantastic. The trash situation is awful, usually there is a huge pile of trash overflowing the dedicated area. Otherwise, the warm welcome quickly fades; once you move out, you’ll be slapped with an inflated bill worth far more than the apartment itself. Steer clear of this place. The windows are terrible and you basically live outside. There is a thick layer of dust everywhere despite cleaning few times a week. The windows can not stop infestation by weird animals. The cheery tour and warm welcome mask a money pit that will gouge you on the way out. I have lived at Canterra for 10 years and it’s a great to live. The office staff is really nice and maintenance staff is great. Carlos, one of the maintenance staff is always very helpful, professional and courteous. I give him 5 stars.
Timely service and welcoming neighborhood. Carlos was professional, mindful of our home, and very efficient in fixing our appliance. We’re very happy to live here.
