If a repair ever needs to be done in my apartment, it's so easy to place a work order request and they fix the issue very quickly.
Absolutely idiotic unsafe numbering Let's say your toddler is having a serious health emergency. When the EMTS arrive how do they find my apartment when the apartment number doesn't have outward toward the parking lot so they could see where to go versus having to walk all the way up to the apartment to see if it's the correct one. Wouldn't a more intelligent way be to just put the numbers on the door facing out? I can’t say enough good things about Canterra Apartments. It has a resort living type of feel where it takes you into a different world; the pool and clubhouse specifically, which are absolutely gorgeous! For as long as Canterra has been around, it’s amazing how new it looks. The grounds are kept clean and I am in awe every time I visit or drive by.
