Carlos is a very helpful and attentive maintenance worker! I have lived at Canterra since 2018, and can definitely say that the management and maintenance staff are exceptional and have been helpful and receptive to my needs as a resident!
Great environment in the place. My wife and I have are first kid here. Office staff is wonderful and the maintenance guy Carlos is terrific.
My experience with Canterra has been amazing so far. I am just finishing up an interstate move from Arizona to California and they made finding a new place to live easy and low stress. The property is beautiful with fruit tree, a pool area, gym, etc. Joy in the front office was a pleasure to work with and was quick to answer all my questions via email. Move in process was smooth. The whole team here in Canterra is wonderful. Alyssa from the office is very helpful with everything we needed when we first moved in. Shoutout also to Carlos from the maintenance team. He was very pleasant and fixed our kitchen sink so easily. We have lived here for couple of months now and it is such a great place to call home. We are surrounded with so much lemon trees, grapefruit and even oranges.
Beware—this place is a scam. DO NOT MOVE HERE. All the positive reviews are because of Carlos who helps with maintenance and is fantastic. The trash situation is awful, usually there is a huge pile of trash overflowing the dedicated area. Otherwise, the warm welcome quickly fades; once you move out, you’ll be slapped with an inflated bill worth far more than the apartment itself.
