Quiet and gated community, almost here for a year with no complaints. Dog friendly and nice location close to a park. Carlos is always quick and efficient with maintenance problems every time something needs to be fixed in the unit.
These apartments are very nice, small inside, new appliances, beautiful grounds, gated, but too expensive for one bedroom one bath, you could pay a mortgage!
This company has not been able to effectively manage an outside cockroach infestation for the past 8 months. Nothing like watching a cockroach walk across your living room or pop out of a kitchen cabinet.
Complete Administrative Nightmare – Incompetent Management Do not move here unless you want to deal with a completely broken billing system. When I moved out, they tried to charge me unfair carpet cleaning fees for a carpet that was already worn out. I lived here for over 4 years and kept everything well maintained. I formally disputed the charges, management agreed with me, and they actually issued me a partial security deposit refund check.
