Pretty much everything is cash only so bring lots of it!
There's a pumping/changing station for mommies. This is a very family friendly (and not trashy) track. Kudos Minnesota.
Make sure you get a free sample of nuts on the main level near the escalator. So yummy!!
Come for the horse races stay for the fun. The cardroom is great, its non smoking so you don't have to get lung cancer while playing blackjack.

Because you too like to live dangerously, put some cash on the ponies, do some off-track betting, and maybe even throw down on a hand or 20 of poker.
On a beautiful day there's nothing quite like it! Char at Char's Bar (second level) has great fixins for Bloody Mary's and is one of the kindest bar tenders there is! Highly rec and very kid friendly!
